As part of an aggressive program designed to prevent underage tobacco sales, The Coalition for Responsible Tobacco Retailing hired Williams/Gerard to create an electronic version of their WE CARD training program. The training teaches cashiers to address customer service while upholding the law.
Challenged with creating media-rich, visually engaging content without using too much bandwidth, WG combined voice-over narration with still photos in a flip book format. 
 
Rich with imagery, the latest version includes games, interactive demonstrations and simulations of sales situations…all from a cashier’s point of view.
 
This ongoing program is in use almost anywhere tobacco products are sold. In order to keep the media accessible to large organizations WG produces custom applications for company intranets, all in the interest of promoting responsible tobacco sales.
